Jury Duties:
As a competitive player, you will be required to perform jury duties during matches of other Trajanum teams, with the exception of coaches and board members. The duties may include: refereeing games, keeping track of time and score, managing the tablet/match form, and operating the shot clock. These duties will be scheduled as much as possible before or after your own matches, and you can expect to do around 3 to 4 per season. You are allowed to arrange a replacement, but failure to show up will result in a fine.

Basketball App:
To view your match schedule, match locations, standings, and much more, there is a new app starting from the 2025/2026 season: Basketball.nl (Focus on your sport). You will receive the necessary login credentials by email once your registration with Trajanum is complete. Download the app
Rules Certificate:
Players aged between 14 and 24 years old who play official matches are required to obtain a rules certificate. These players will automatically receive an email from the NBB (Dutch Basketball Federation) with instructions once their registration is complete. You do not need to obtain this certificate if you already have a referee diploma F or 2.
General member whatsapp group:
Don’t miss any important information like the jury duties schedule, upcomming events and much more. Most things will be shared in the Trajanum member groupchatt or trough mail. To join send an mail to leden@trajanum.nl so you can be added to the groupchatt or ask your coach.
Workaction:
To make the contribution as low as possible everyone has to do an workaction or get an fine of 50 euro.
