Our basketball club is committed to creating an environment where everyone feels respected, included, and safe. If at any point you feel that this is not the case, we want to hear from you. Behavior that makes someone feel uncomfortable or unsafe has no place within our club, and we take such concerns seriously.
Inappropriate behavior can take many forms, such as bullying, discrimination, (sexual) harassment, intimidation, threats, or physical aggression. It can also involve situations where someone feels excluded or unable to be themselves.
You might experience this behavior personally, or you may notice it happening to someone else. Whether you are a player, coach or trainer, we encourage you to reach out to our Confidential Contact Person (VCP). Speaking up helps us provide support and ensures that our club remains a positive and welcoming place for everyone.
